RULES
In the journal of «Actual problems of the science, culture and education of music» of Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University articles are published in Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages. Articles must be written on the computer in Microsoft Word with Times New Roman type of 12 size, l interval and on a white paper of A4 format. Pages of the article must be not less than
4-5.
At the top of the article it must be noted UOT index of article, name and surname of the author, his place of work and post address, scientific degree, honorary title, e-mail, title of the article, its short summary (120-150 words) and key words (6-10). At the end of the article it must be clearly written about scientific novelty of the article, importance of its research, economical benefit etc.
At the end of the article it must be noted list of references, in two languages title of the article, name of the author summary and keywords.
Content of the summaries in two languages must be same and suit to the content of the article. Summaries must be written grammatically and scientifically. List of references must not be given in alphabetical order but in the order of their place in the article, for example, [1] or [1, p. 119].
Reference to books and journals must be given as below:
- Surname and initials of the author. Title of the book. Number of the volume. City: edition, publication year, number of pages.
- Surname and initials of the author. Title of the article// Name of the journal, publication year, issue number, the first and the last pages.
Structure of the article:
- UDC index of the article;
- Name and surname of the author;
- Place of work and post, scientific degree, honorary title (it must be noted name of the institution where one is a candidate for a degree or a doctor for a degree);
- Address of work (or institution where one is a doctor for a degree);
- E-mail of the author;
- A short summary (120-150 words) and key words (6-10 words) of the article in the same language that was the article written in;
- Title of the article in capital letters;
- Text of the article;
- List of references;
- Short summary (120-150 words) and key words by indicating the name of article, name and surname of author in other two languages (6-10 words).
The article must consist of the following parts:
- Introduction;
- Putting of task;
- Solution of task;
- Conclusion (scientific innovation, applied significance, economic benefit of the work conforming to character of the scientific field and article, etc.);
- Literature.
Submission of the article to revision:
- The printed manuscript of the article (in 1 copy) and its electron variant is to be submitted to the responsible secretary of the journal in Compact Disc (CD or CD-RW) together with proper documents certified by institution for printing of the article (2 references to the article and extract from meeting protocol of the organization (department)) (68, Uzeyir Hajibayli str., Baku, AZ 1000, ASPU).
- Information form about author is to be attached in separate sheet. Surname, name, father’s name, scientific degree, scientific title of author, name of institution, address of institution, home address, e-mail address and phone number is to be indicated in the information.
- The article may be sent to e-mail: sevincmamoyeva9@gmail.com
- If necessary, revision of the journal may require further documents for publication of the article.
- Manuscript of the article and CD is not returned.
